What this website collects

This is a static website. It has no account system, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies. Its early-access form collects the information described below. Product demonstrations use fictional children, photographs and learning records. The website and form do not collect children’s learning records and do not connect to the Proof application or its database.

Technical delivery data

This website is hosted by Render as a static site. To operate, secure and deliver the website, Render may process standard technical information associated with requests, including IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages and times of access. Render states that its services are hosted and operated in the United States and that information may also be transferred to, stored or processed in other countries. Early-access requests

If you submit the early-access form, Proof receives your name, email address and any optional message. Proof uses that information only to respond to your request. Please do not include children’s names or family records.

The form is processed by FormSubmit before being delivered to Proof by email. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. More information is available in FormSubmit's privacy policy and retention information.

If you choose to write directly to hello@getproof.nz, your email provider will process the information you send, and Proof will use it only to respond to your enquiry.
